This page shows a list of Active Users. Active Users are users are are logged in to the Wise Owl Legal database and have either not logged out or not been kicked out due to inactivity.
This page also allows restricted users to be able to 'kick' other users out of Wise Owl Legal if necessary.
This may need to happen if a user has left themselves logged in to an inaccessible device and the firm needs to use their login.
To Kick a user, find the user in the Active User List and then select the Actions button on the right hand side of that user.
From this menu, you will be able to choose to 'kick' the user or to send them a message if you need to communicate through Wise Owl Legal.
Please note that when you kick a user, they will not have the opportunity to save or finish their current work
