June 2017 update - Quick Books Online Integration

• Document register, now has a search parameter for matter contacts separate from the primary contact filter.
• Performance improvements to Launchpad page by making the matter list load separately.
• Import details now has a button to the 'Queued and Recent List'.
• Background tasks have been extended to run until 9 pm.
• System backup times have been adjusted based on the new longer hourly task run time.
• The Invoice edit page now has a warning for when the set invoice date is after the system setting amount of days after the current date. This is also a new system setting.
• Document templates now have the missing on disk message added on edit page and register page similar to documents.
• Added the option to allow external activity can now set individually whether the entry should be linked or resolved, with system setting, for transaction entries with a drop-down for any external finance system.
• Contact edit page now has an added warning for when the first address isn't the newest by date.
• Documents now cannot be assigned to archived matters.
• Settlement Calculator 'state government levy' copy action now copies at 5 decimal places.
• The disbursement create page's 'pay to contact' field now only shows suppliers in type-ahead drop-down.
• Updated external finance system messages to be less generic now that Quick Books Online exists.
• Users using internal authorisation now can optionally expire based on time.
• The excel data importer:
  • now allows both 'province' and 'provence' spellings on import as a column heading.
  • now has better jurisdiction look ups based on matter type import.
  • now allows nobody user to match in import.
  • now prevents accidental creation of named report slots in report packs.
  • added a warning when a sheet doesn't have anything to import.
  • allows contacts with invalid names to be imported with an opt-in field.
  • allows matter import to not have a name or relines.
  • added columns for matter contact type mail merge codes / aliases
  • users are defaulted to active after a data import
• The document template register now has an improved layout for the action buttons.
• Type-ahead drop-downs now have a smarter sorting algorithm with reference to inactive elements.
• Increased the size and colour of the appliance settings firm contact warning.
• Added system setting, conditional formatting and warning with relation to the size of trust payments.
• Improved the Wise Owl System update notification message.
• Added warning message about image ratio when updating the custom Crystal Report Logo about preventing image scaling issues in reports.
• On receipts and disbursement pages now only disable - not remove - report slot buttons if no report is assigned to the slot.
• Disbursement receipt view page print button will no longer show on create and will now only show on cheques.
• Updated text on the trust matter transfer page's report button to "Print Transfer Report" .and fixed bug related to line numbers
• Added missing trust signatory options in the setting page
• Added user right for logging into the future api
• Trust Transfer To General page now has signatory fields and readonly EFT fields.
• Improved labels on many of the trust pages, especially extra '#' characters.
• Trust EFT transaction ref number is can now be input even when its not required.
• Trust Register now shows receipt recieved from rather than primary client name in list.
• Added a new audit event for when the external finance system reverts a receipt or adjustment note due to error.
• Document edit page now displays the file type and extension
