There are several different file covers available to be used depending on the type of matter that you are preparing them for.
These file covers are all located as Templates in the Documents module and will pull the data from the matter at the time that they are created.
This means that they are static and will not be changed despite additional data being entered to the matter at a later date. You can always rerun the file cover to include more information.
