Q Why doesn't my login to the Documents in Windows Explorer work?
A Please ensure that you have cleared recent history in Internet Explorer. This is controlled by Windows.
To clear the recent history, Open Internet Explorer.
Go to Tools > Internet Options
Select the 'Delete' option
Confirm the items to be deleted and then select 'Delete'
Close Internet Explorer and access the Windows Explorer to see the back end documents.
