June 2017 update - Quick Books Online Integration

• User Access report added.
• Added a trust matter transfer report for a single transaction.
• Fixed the Invoice Report to correctly display all entries even without a trust matter balance.
• Client Summary based reports now correctly show un-confirmed entries.
• The general receipt and trust receipt reports now have matter relines added.
• Total owed added to each of the unconfirmed/confirmed/posted sections of the client summary report.
• Fix applied for the matter list report contacts work fax not correctly being fetched for reports.
• Removed non-primary client from matter list report.
• Added report slot for a General Cheque report and added a button on the disbursement view/edit page.

Bugs Fixed

• Added work-around for chrome desktop date fields not using the correct format, which doesn't affect mobile devices.
• Fix to prevent browser validation from incorrectly tagging input fields as required.
• Fixed issue where you could press submit multiple times, de-bounce timer is now 6 seconds.
• Import details screen now won't constantly refresh when an import is cancelled.
• On an error one of many Image based custom fields on a page, all will show the error to be clear that you will need to insert the images again.
• Select field page now uses modal windows not the browsers prompt window, to ask for the collection index. This should fix when you say 'ignore future popups'.
• Database errors are now more thoroughly logged.
• Fix applied for Quick Books Online company details not being fetched correctly.
• Fixed handling of unusual duplicate cases when fetching from Quick Books Online.
• Excel data importing for custom fields now has an import message when a reference is used before it is imported.
• System setting imports will validate against the existing list setting before saving.
• Fixed an issue caused when the licence was updated which didn't trigger pages to update.
• Fixed email server password from being displayed as changing on a no action page save for site settings.
• External accounting related Wise Owl Legal items now correctly clear the external id on a clone action.
• Fixed bug with outlook emails view page not correctly fetching attachments causing the page to render incorrectly.
• Fixed bug with outlook emails view page when attachments aren't in the standard format or in order.
• Fix an unusual document edit page bug where the the value in the url for document number was overwriting the internal value for the document.
• The Mail merge process now correctly contains the previous filename in warnings and logs.
• Fixed an error that sometimes occurred when no balance database record exists when overdrawing with a matter transfer.
• External finance integration now prevents an error that occurs when the entry changes between post and validation.
• Bug fix for preventing a saved trust reference sequence letter part from containing numbers.
• Added a fix to Reckon Accounts posting for account names sometimes not correctly posting, added xml encoding.
• Fix to displaying trust payment matter balance not displaying until you enter an amount.
• Fix added to the type-ahead drop-down of certain kinds sometimes not showing results and now also correctly searches when pressing the down key.
• Type-ahead drop-downs now display a message when no results are found, although it can still fill with results after a few seconds.
• Fixed a bug related to changing the matter primary client if there are disbursements or invoice confirmed for the matter.
• The mail merge process now produces improved error messages on incorrectly formed documents, and also logs the info to external file.
• Added fix to the excel data importer for date importing and also fixed white space detection with custom fields and matter types.
• The matter edit page branch drop down only exists if non-blank values exist.
• Fixed bug with multiple people creating matters, documents or invoices at the same time causing one of them to fail.
• Fixed bug on matter edit page when fee earners are not set and the matter is saved.
• The contact create or edit page now checks for duplicate first/last name or duplicate contact name on save.
• Matter edit page document list tab now uses a better date format for the range fields.
• Document register parameter matter contact now checks all of the matters contacts instead of the first one.
• Fixed bug in helpdesk email from mishandling the email server password system setting value.
• Prevented error when an outlook email is opened when images don't display which only occurs when using apple outlook generated emails.
• Fixed bug while editing a matter number so it now correctly moves the document folder
• Prevent background scheduler from crashing on heavy site load.
• Site settings page now prevents browsers from auto filling the email server password
• Using 'extract all sub documents' on the document upload page now ignores inline attachments and fetches distinct values
• Creating a template now correctly displays the warning and dark red document when the template is invalid.
• Allow clearing an external id error even when the invoice or receipt is posted.
• Fixed concurrent contact creation causing an error.
• A matter with non-Latin/unicode characters can now correctly get results in the documents tab
• Two or more contacts created at the same time now wait for the first one to complete (concurrency protection now in place).
