What is my Documents path?

Within a Windows Explorer browser, you will need to enter your Documents path to access the back end.

How to map the Documents Back End as a Drive

Once you have established what the correct path is for your Back End (based on your version of Windows), you have the option of mapping this location so that it is listed as a drive.

This will then show up next to your other drives e.g. near 'C Drive' , 'Documents' etcImage Removed

To map the drive, open a File Explorer / Windows Explorer on your computer.

Navigate to the Easy Access button. This should be located under the Home tab.Image Removed

Choose the Map as drive option from the drop down.Image Removed

Set the Drive letter (We recommend 'W' for Wise Owl but it can be any letter) and enter in the folder location (documents path) that you tested earlier.Image Removed

Click on Finish. You may need to login using your Wise Owl credentials if a screen pops up for this.

Once logged in, you will have a mapped network drive for your documents location to assist you in accessing the back end of your Wise Owl documents.Image Removed

TROUBLESHOOTING

Why doesn't my login to the Documents in Windows Explorer work?
