Down the left hand side of the screen, there are checkboxes.

1. Tick the checkboxes that you would like to bulk archive.

2. After selecting the records are ticked, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the Bulk Actions Dropdown

   1. Choose the 'Archive' button

3. This will take you to a Bulk Archive page asking you to confirm the Ardhive and where they are filed.
   
   

   Image Modified

   
   

4. After checking, you can click on the 'Archive Matters' button to finalise closing multiple matters.

If there are issues with archiving the relevant chosen matters, you will have a page come up with the information about why they can't be archived.Image Removed
