New: Integration with new Accounting Software - Xero
New: Owl Adjustment Notes now supported.
New: Introduction of EntityTypesThatCanBeSynced() which then controls what settings are displayed in the Appliance Settings and which entities are shown on the Pending Records to External Accounts page. Regressive testing of QuickBooks settings should be done.
New: Xero API throttling. In order to better handle the Xero API rate limits (60 calls be 60 seconds), throttling has been added to monitor API calls and prevent a "429 Too Many Requests" response from the Xero API.
Change: Contact Names are now synchronised as "Primary Contact Name : Matter Number".
Change: Xero "Invoice Accounts Receivable" relabelled as "Invoice Accounts Receivable (Account Code)" to indicate that a Xero account code is required.

Known Issues
Across all entity types, if External Code or Account Codes are revised after being allocated an External ID, the External ID does not related to the newly edited value. The Owl entities are not updated after manual changes to reflect new External IDs.
