After you enter time for someone else, if you navigate away from the Time Entry area before submitting, it will save and go to their time entry screen instead.
This is to prevent people editing the same lines and causing continuity issues. Once a time record is submitted then anyone with permission can edit it.

They will 'reappear' on the Fee Earner's time screen that you were entering them for. If this happens, you can use the Editing of Bulk Time Records method below to submit them.
Billing Concern: If you are concerned about missing draft time on bills, please tick the 'draft' status when you go to the billing screen to be able to see any draft time records that may not have been submitted.

From the time sheet register, select the down arrow next to Enter Time Records.
Choose the option ' Correct Previous'
Use the search parameters to adjust the date, status, fee earner and how many records you want to display and then click 'Show Records'
To review other Fee Earner's records that you need to submit, ensure the Status is only ticking draft and that you have entered the Fee Earner name.
It is recommended to do 20 records at a time so as to allow optimal performance while generating time records.You can then edit your time records as needed
Once finished editing, click on the blue Submit Time button at the bottom of the screen.
