Mapping a network drive makes the Documents back end easier to access from your Windows Explorer when saving documents.

This should only be accessed by high level users to back up their Documents. While you can save documents into this backend and have them appear in the OWL, Wse Owl Legal recommends that you use the front facing Uploading screen.

1. Open Windows Explorer through the Start Menu or by pressing Windows + E on your keyboard
2. Click on 'This PC'

3. From the top Computer menu, click on Map Network Drive

4. On the option page that pops up, choose the letter drive you wish to map and then enter in your Wise Owl Legal Documents Back end link

5. Click the Finish Button
   You may need to login if you haven't done so before.
   
   
6. Your network drive is now mapped and can be accessed from the
