If the password change option in unavailable contact your system administrator power user (the person in charge of Wise Owl Legal within the firm) and have them change your rights to allow 'Change My Password' or have them reset your password from their login. 

Resetting Another User's Password

If resetting a password for another user, select:

  • Settings Icon
  • Appliance Settings
  • Users And Access Rights 
  • the Actions button adjacent to the user whose password you wish to change
  • Reset Password
  • Select the reset method
