Note to Karen: I'd suggest we use sequences as much as possible rather than taking over web browser's shortcuts too much. Perhaps something like Ctrl+O, S for search (the O being 'Owl'), Ctrl+J, A to jump to contacts Additional Data tab (the J being 'Jump'). We can't use Ctrl+W because it closes the current browser window, and if it gets pressed accidently all hell will break loose! Ctrl+L (for Legal) jumps to the navigation bar in browsers, so we can probably take that over as well.
