From the Accounting and Finance Module, select the Enter Recoveries button under the Recoveries heading or from the Recoveries Register, the Enter Recovery Records button are at the top of the screen, under the menu bar.
There is the orange search bar at the top for finding past unbilled recoveries. Fill in the fields as required.
The tax code and amounts fields will autofill depending on which item you choose.
Pressing the down arrow in the field box will give you a drop down box with suggestions.
