These templates pack are supplied in line with your agreement with Wise Owl legal. They will be updated periodically by Wise Owl staff as forms change. The new changes will be automatically uploaded to your system and you will see a message on your screen saying an update has been made.
You can request additional packs be released to your data base by emailing wiseowl@wiseowllegal.com.au
Templates are uploaded as a group that has the custom fields and the templates in one file which Wise Owl terms a ‘docpack’. Automatic and manual uploads can be made.

The maintenance and update process of In House Templates is the responsibility of the firm. Wise Owl is not responsible for the maintenance of these records.
Wise Owl can assist with maintenance of firm specific templates on a fee for service basis.
