Accessing MyTimeMy Time

Access MyTime My Time by clicking on the hourglass icon at the top right hand corner of the navigation bar.

This will open the MyTime My Time pop-up window.

Creating a MyTime My Time Record

Add My Time record by clicking the + icon in the MyTime My Time window

This will add a new row in the MyTime My Time grid and will ask you to enter the following required fields:

  1. Matter

  2. Task

  3. Notes

Notes field only accepts a maximum of 1000 characters.

One MyTime My Time unit is equivalent to 6 minutes.

When you finish working on a specific matter or task, you can stop the timer in MyTime My Time with just one click.

Click on the ❚❚ button to stop the timer.

If you need to continue working on a specific matter or task, MyTime My Time allows you to easily start and stop the timer.

Locate the matter/task combination on the MyTime My Time grid and click the ▶ button to continue the tracking.

Starting a new timer will automatically stop any timer that is currently running. This ensures that only one timer is active at a time, preventing overlapping time entries and maintaining accurate time tracking for each matter and task.

Updating MyTime My Time Record

To edit the notes/matter or task, locate the time record you wish to edit and click on the ✎ icon.

Locate the time record you wish to delete and click on the 🗑 trash can icon.

Expand the MyTime My Time record where you wish to delete a time entry by clicking ⮞ icon.

Grouping column headers

MyTime My Time offers powerful customisation options to help you manage your time records more efficiently. You can easily group your time entries by columns, such as matter, task, or date, to get a clear overview of your work.

For example, if you want to group the time records by matter, simply drag the column header to the top where it says: “Drag a column header here to group by that column“
