Please read the following notes about this Wise Owl release carefully before installing it.

Description

Re-worked how report parameters are entered, allowed entry in Wise Owl Legal rather than Crystal Reports.
Added fields to finance module disbursements for payment method and if already processed.
Finance module disbursements and fixed fee records have a quantity field.
Add overdraw detection and authorisation when reversing trust transactions.
Net activity total at the bottom of Trust Register transactions.
Change the trust register to use status tags rather than a Y / N clearance.

.Fix a bug where an incorrectly entered username will fail a trust payment.
Fix bugs which can occur during initial appliance setup.
Fix bug in how matter balances are saved against an overdraw. Note that this only affects the overdraw record, not the matter ledger in any other way.

Added special role for external accounting system access.
Add system setting which prevents far future entry of finance module time or fixed fee records.
Invoice lines copied from disbursements have the payee name set against them to allow invoice to show details.
Renamed Re Line on finance module invoices to Summary Line.
Improved error messages shown during Reckon Accounting sync.
Various minor UI enhancements.
Update terminology for State / Provence.
