Updates Managed By Wise Owl Legal

If your Appliance is managed or hosted by Wise Owl, the update process is much simpler:

1. An update is published by Wise Owl.

2. Appliances automatically check for new updates each night. If a new version is found, it is automatically downloaded.

3. Wise Owl Technicians will contact you to arrange a time to update your appliance.

   1. For critical updates, you will be informed of the downtime; this time cannot be negotiated.

4. Wise Owl Technicians will install the update at the agreed time.

5. You will receive a notification that your Appliance is available for use.
