Improvements to time data entry

Improvements to time billing data entry
- The rate code and dollar rate are now separate columns. This allows users to easily see the code they are using and edit as necessary
- Allow units field to be optional and default to zero if not entered to reduce chance of data loss on login timeout. Reduces the likelihood of losing data due to not entering units
- Highlight units in blue if zero as a warning. Alerts the user if the units are zero to allow for changes to be made
- Allow up to 1000 characters in the notes field. Gives extra space for notes when making time entries
Show warning on pages if your login limes out or you are kicked and have unsaved data. Allow user to login again on separate tab to save data. Reduces likelihood of losing data due to login timeout

Fix invoice item drop down lists so that inactive items are marked as such. Allows users to easily see items marked as active/inactive
Fix incomplete Close Disbursement message. Now shows days until disbursement is closed.
Fix bad formatting of error message when Archiving a Matter. Warning message gives better information when an error occurs
Fix Save and New Invoice button on Invoice page to direct to the main New Invoice page rather than the New Blank Invoice page. Save and New Invoice button now takes you back to main billing screen
Fix broken pinned matter on time data entry. Pinned Matter works with other changes made in time entry system
Fix time billing errors if units / hours / minutes field is left blank. Allows time to be entered with zero units to prevent loss of data entry
Fix error notification shown if user's session is timed out when they have time billing data partially entered. Allows user to open another tab to login when session times out. The user can then copy from the old page to the new to save their data.

Add red warning marker against records with zero quantity / time / units on the New Invoice page. Reminds user that unit field is not usually blank
Report a constant version number to Reckon to prevent need to re-register Web Connector after a Wise Owl update. Reduces likelihood of web connector refusing to connect
Include more details in audit log of the user when they are kicked or login times out. Helps Wise Owl Help Desk when users are timed out
Include a time stamp on messages sent to user via the Send Message function. Removes possibility of old messages being mistaken for new ones
Update web browser identification file to current version to identify new Windows 10 browser correctly. Wise Owl now identifies Windows 10 browsers
Contact Search now searches in any part of the contact name (or alternate names) rather than just at the start. Allows for easier searching within contact names
Add whitespace between Print Report and Create Receipt buttons on Trust Reconciliation Summary page. Formatting of Bank Reconciliation page improved

- WIP reports - only include billable time WIP report now contains only Billable time
