Reporting and finance improvements

New Features

• Beta version of Matter Change Log Report.

• Implement typing shortcuts across finance module.

• Allow reports to be exported to Word and Excel.

Bugs Fixed

• .Fix bug where changes to inc / ex tax fields are not actually saved after initial save.

• Fix xsrf protection on login pages causing infinite loop when user presses f5 to refresh page.

Other Changes

• Improved error messages on create matter page.

• Improve how charge rates are listed.

• Wording changes on confirmation dialog on trust receipt / payment pages.

• Improve start up time and reduce memory usage due to use of static css and javascript assets.
