  2. Fill in the description of the transfer and the matter that the report is assigned to.

  3. The authorised by field will default to whoever is logged in.

  4. Choose if you will be writing a cheque for this transfer. If you are, ensure that you confirm the cheque number before printing.

  5. Finalise the Transfer.
