You will get a message at the top of the screen when they are in progress and then another when it has successfully printed all of the invoices.

Locations of Printed Invoices

There are several locations that you can then view your prepared invoices. These are only available for a limited amount of time (approx 1 day by default) so that your database is not cluttered up.

Option 1: View PDFs (Including downloading, emailing and viewing)

If you click on the link in the pop up that says 'Click here to view PDFs', it will take you to a Temporary Downloads page for that set of Downloads.This can also be accessed by going into the Tools and Settings Cog and choosing 'Temporary Downloads'.

Downloading Invoices - Clicking on the blue hyperlink of the Invoice file will download the invoices as a PDF to your Download preference (this is based on your computer configuration and is not controlled by the OWL)

How to Email Invoices 

You can also click on the the Email Summary to bring up a list of the associated email address attached to the primary client on a single invoice.

If there is no email listed against the client, it will say 'No email'. If you add an email into the contact after you have run the Bulk print, you will need to run the bulk print again for the Email summary to populate.Image Removed

Clicking on the blue hyperlink where it says 'Email: <client name>' will start an email in Outlook with that email address pre-populated.

You can then attach the invoice from where it was downloaded above or from the back end. Skip to Section - View Document in Backend
