Matter Branches or just 'Branches' in Wise Owl Legal are set up in the System Settings and allow a law firm to manage their entire business and manage matters and other information per location or 'branch'.
How to Set Up Branches
Branches can be set up in the System Settings.
To get to the branch set up, go to your tools and settings cog on the top Navigation bar.
From the Menu, choose the 'Appliance Settings' option (near the bottom) and then click on the gold Matters bar.
This will open to show several button across the top. Choose the Manage Matter Branches button.
From here, you can use the green Add Record button to add as many branches as needed.
Once the information is filled in, Click on the Save button and the branches will be available for use.
