To access the external accounting feature select the Accounting & Finance tab, orange notes, from the top menu bar.
The External Accounting section is accessed by selecting the Pending Records button under the Accounting and Finance Module. This will take you to the main page of External Accounting.
The External Accounting section is for any records that are being sent or have been sent to the external accounting program.
It will show records dependant on the parameters that are entered into the search bars or, if no parameters are entered, it will show all pending records still to be sent to the external accounts. These will be sent periodically depending on the set up when installed.
If External accounts have not yet been configured with your system, it will display a light blue message at the top of the page referring you to the Wise Owl Legal Help Desk for configuration.
