My Integration appears to be paused, How do I fix this?
Occasionally your External Integration to your accounting system may become paused. This may be due to changes made manually in the settings, an internet issue or if your external accounting system has issues and Wise Owl is unable to connect.
How do I know?
If your integration has become paused, you will notice that confirmed transactions stay confirmed and do not change to Posted.
How do I check?
To check if your integration is posted and it is not a different error, go to the $ sign (Finance Module) and then navigate down to ‘Previous Activity’ unde the External Accounting heading.
On this page, it will tell you if your Integration is paused. It will also show you any transaction errors had when posting.
How do I unpause the Integration?
Go across to the Settings and Tools cog (next to your initials) from the top navigation bar.
Click on the Appliance Settings Option near the bottom
On the Appliance Settings page, scroll down and open the Finance bar by clicking on it.
Scroll down to the External Integration heading and untick the box that says ‘Pause Integration’
Save your settings and your Integration is now unpaused.
