If you have issues with the Outlook Helper or the login, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.
If you cannot see the Outlook Helper at all on your menu, you may need to follow the instructions to always enable it at this link.
Restart Outlook
The first step to troubleshooting is to restart your Outlook to ensure that the add in has loaded into your Outlook application properly
To do this, close Outlook and restart it from your Start menu.
Re-Login
Please try to relogin in to your Outlook helper add in by going to the add in menu and choosing Other > Options and then choosing Login (if the login page doesn’t open automatically)
Factory Reset
If you cannot login to the Outlook Helper after completing the help above, please complete a Factory Reset on the Outlook Helper.
Click on Other > Options from the Outlook Helper Actions bar
Click on Advanced Options at the top of the pop up and then choose Factory Reset.
This will reset your application back to the defaults.
Close Outlook and re-open
Check to see if you can now login
