The Wise Owl takes the security of your information and data as a top priority, and as such has implemented a two factor authentication.
Essentially, what this means is the first time you log onto an unprotected IP address it will ask for a special code generated by an App on your smart phone or an SMS.
The steps for using the two factor login are as below:
- Create a new user
After creating a user, a page will display with the user's name, temporary password, and QR code (which generates the code for the two factor login process).
Make sure to save this file and print a copy which is stored is a secure place.
