One named user logged in to the OWL browser , and documents and outlook helper using 1 IP Address will count as 1 simultaneous user.
It is recommended that when a user is finished using the OWL, they use the logout button on the top right of the screen instead of shutting the browser.
This will prevent users being taken up when people are not actually using the OWL. This is necessary especially if you are using the 'Remember me' function.
This will log out the current user from every session that they have running including any Documents logins. This will not log you out of Outlook Helper as that is not listed as a 'licence'.
Troubleshooting
If you find that you are receiving the warning message below then there are already people logged in up to your simultaneous user limit (number of licences).

The list below shows 3 active users logged in as indicated by the numbers.
e.g. There is 1 user taken up by the Clerk 1 logged in to Documents and a browser Login on IP address 14.201.8.110
If someone has forgotten to logout, you can use the 'kick' function to force log them out by going to Active Users and choosing ' Kick' from the actions.
NOTE: This will kick them out of the system and will not allow them the chance to save anything. Please only kick someone if you can confirm they are not working on anything.
