To set your spell checker on Google Chrome:
- Select the Chrome menu
on on the browser toolbar
- Select Settings
- Select show advanced settings from the bottom of the page
- Select languages and input settings from the language section
- In the languages column identify what language is currently used for spell checking
- If this is not the language you wish, select add and find your preferred language
- Select display in this language, select spell checking
- Select done
- Close all Chrome browsers and relaunch to ensure the language change takes effect.
