Release Notes for Version 3.2.0

Please read the following notes about this Wise Owl release carefully before installing it.

December 2016 update.

New Features

  • Settlement Calculator
    • Water Daily Usage KL can be manually entered
    • Water usage tiers support daily averages.
    • Water usage and access charges are split.
    • Allow choosing water usage by Water Entity and Option, and pre-filling imported tiers and other details.
    • Plus and Less adjustments now correctly calculated.
    • Water usage is calculated based on rates notice if no water reading is entered.
    • Add Body Corporate "Levies" item, for overall levies.
    • Council Rates tab.
    • Improve validation of water usage tiers.
    • Land Tax tab.
    • Rent tab.
    • Bond tab.
    • Interest tab, which can be entered as a percentage or an amount.
    • Misc Adjustments tab.
    • Other Charges tab.

    • Allow description field for relevant pro-rata calculation.

Bugs Fixed

  • Fixes for mail merging documents with new lines contained within IFs.
  • Fixes for mail merging documents with nested IFs.
  • Fix wording of bulk actions on Invoice Register.
  • A report error page is shown if a server error is encountered.
  • Fix error when creating Matters with multiple clients.
  • Fix invoice not loading matter primary client when posting to Reckon accounts.
  • Fix two-factor authenticator code check not done when changing your password.
  • Fix allowing empty password when accessing documents W drive.
  • Improve validation of bulk purge of document templates.

Other Changes

  • Add Contact search by address or phone / email.
  • Reports page now has an All tab with a search filter.
  • Added last modified date of document templates to drop down lists.
  • Add validation to prevent creating adjustment notes greater than the total outstanding invoice amount by matter.
  • Require adjustments notes to only be applied to invoices of the same matter.
  • Add a system setting for relaxed validation of cheque details on new Receipt page.
  • Change the check box on Receipt line items to be read-only and only appear when an invoice will be paid in full.
  • Add Create Receipt From button on Invoice page.
  • Allow updating Matter Contact Type list records via a unique Id.

Reports

  • Add Archive reference number, client agreement and notes fields to MatterList stored procedure.
