Help! My Buttons are missing!

There is currently an issue within the OWL that sometimes causes buttons within the OWL to go 'missing' or not display correctly.

The fix for this has been prioritised in our Production Release Schedule and will be completed in due course.

In the Interim, if this occurs to you, please use the instructions below to fix this issue.

1. From the Navigation bar, click on the settings cog
   
   
   
   
2. From the bottom Settings options, select Appliance Settings
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll down to the License tab
   
   
   
   
4. Select 'Check for New License'
   
   
   
   
5. Select Save Changes from the bottom of the page
   
   
   
   
6. Check the missing buttons and see if they have come back.
