Microsoft Outlook will often disable add-ins if they cause Outlook to open slightly slower than normal.
To prevent Microsoft Outlook from Disabling the OWL Outlook Helper, please open your Outlook before following the steps below.
- Select File > Manage COM Add-Ins
- Scroll down the list of Add-Ins until you find Wise OWl Legal Outlook Helper and Choose 'Always enable this add-in'
- Apply this change and then close out of the Manage COM Add-Ins screen.
