If you are interrupted during an Dye & Durham search and later want to go back to it or get an error message about an incomplete search, these instructions will assist you. See Examples of Errors messages at the bottom of this document.


To complete or delete these searches, see instructions below.


  1. Go to https://search.property.Dye & Durham.com/property/
  2. Login using the login details for the B2b account (Settings > Appliance Settings > Dye & Durham).

  3. Go to the right-hand side and click Results & Billing

  4. Click View Orders & Results from the drop down



  5. You can either scroll down until you find the searches or go to the Search Orders on the right-hand side and enter the Matter Ref as required



  6. Choose to Complete or Delete each order.
