These numbers indicate the page load times, and display the time in milliseconds for certain pages and/or fields to load.
These notification can be turned off at any time by going to Settings > My Settings > General preferences > Untick Show Page Load Times
Note: If you opt to have page load time on, they may slightly cover some of the Wise Owl Legal error messages.
