General availability release.

  • Fixed issues when installing to new appliance

  • Allow password blacklist check to be skipped
  • Improve support for editing lists

Manual Changes Required for Installation

  • Remove EF config - now applied in code.
  • Update assembly binding redirects.
  • Add config sections for bundle transformer, js engine switcher and application settings. 
  • Remove system.web pages section with namespaces.
