Reporting improvements. Bug fixes.

New Features

• Include more reports.

• Include top level report icon with a simple list of reports page.

• Add 2 levels of report categories.

Bugs Fixed

• Do not show update notification multiple times

• Fix date issues with system diagnostics server date / time

• Fix Crystal Reports unable to load logo over HTTPS

Other Changes

• Reduce length of auto generated descriptions in reversals

• Remove "adjustment" from bank rec summary page title

• Password blacklist checks use sha256 instead of sha512

• Merge the "tools" and "settings" menus into one
