How to create Letter for Multiple Contacts

  1.  Go into Wise Owl Document Register and Choose ‘New from Template’

     

  2. Select the relevant matter

  3. Select the Template you want to create from

     

  4. Optional: Fill in additional details e.g. Doc Name, Doc Type etc

  5. Where it says contacts, search and choose the first contact you want to send the letter to

    1. Press the Plus button to add a new line, to select another contact

    2. Add all the contacts you want to send the letter to (We recommend do to this in batches)

       

  6. Underneath the Contact, From the Create option, choose the Drop down of ‘One Document per Contact’

     

  7. Press Create Document and this will create one document per Contact that is listed above.

  8. You can check each document to ensure the information pulled is correct and then send them out via PDF.
