Tools - Dump Appliance Logs

The Appliance contains logs from the Web, Scheduled Task and Windows Service components. Portions of these logs can be downloaded for further analysis or troubleshooting.

It should be noted that logs are downloaded as excel files (XSLX) compatible for Excel 2007+.

When searching for Appliance Logs you can specify the period of interest by typing in the start and end date in the dated between boxes.

You can filter your search to a particular source (Web, Scheduled Task and Windows Service) by clicking the down arrow next to the source box.

The events can also be selected by clicking any or all events. It should be noted that on the far right there is an ‘all’ box.

You can refine your log search by selecting a particular logger; however, you need to select the source first. The get record count blue button at the bottom of the page tells you how many appliance logs match the criteria of your search.

To dump these records simply click the lime green Download button at the bottom of the page.
