General minor improvements

New Features

• Add keyboard shortcuts to trust accounting.

• Add support for spell checking across the program.

Bugs Fixed

• Fix bug where invoice line item (inc tax) was not calculated correctly.

• Fix bug where super user does not have correct time billing details when creating.

• Mark required time billing fields as such when creating new user.

Other Changes

• Add field to show credit card details on invoices.

• Show which account is used for banking details in finance module and Appliance Settings.

• Allow disbursements to be billed to an invoice once confirmed.

• Add details to bank account for display on invoice.

• Date filter when creating a new invoice is much wider.
