Please read the following notes about this Wise Owl release carefully before installing it.

Description

Add Trading As field to Contact. This field also appears on printed Invoices and Pre-Bills. Allows more information to be recorded especially for individuals trading under a business name
Add Invoice Tax Code against disbursements. Sales Tax Code now propagates through to Invoices when billing disbursements. Allows user to specify if there is GST on the billing portion at the time of making the disbursement

Fix unable to save a user if their Active Directory linked user has been deleted. Enables easier deletion of past users
When Confirming, Approving or Deleting a Disbursement or Invoice after making changes, a do you want to save prompt appears. This fix applies to other pages, but the Disbursement and Invoice pages caused the most problems. Ensures that changes you have made will not be lost when selecting Confirm/Approve before saving.
Fix incorrectly noting a duplicate invoice number after save when entering a manual invoice number. Removes incorrect error message.

Moved Delete Client and Close / Archive Matter buttons to the bottom right of pages. Reduces risk of users accidentally selecting these options
Add Total to the summary of time entered today. Total = Billable Time + Non-Billable Time. Note that adjustments are excluded. Today's Statistics on the Time Register now show a total amount of time entered for the day
Matter pick lists only show Open and Closed matters for data entry pages. Register, Search and Report pages include Archived matters as well. Reduces risk of accidentally entering data for an archived matter
Change Launchpad, Finance and Time Billing Register links for unsubmitted time and fees to only show unsubmitted time, not all previous time entered. Draft Time message link will now take you to only draft time entered and not all unbilled time previously entered.
