Minor bug fixes, Pre Bill report.

New Features

• Auto enter Trust Transit Out fields based on selected Transit In transaction.

• Include standard Pre Bill and General Cheque reports.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed bug where the Report Slot list cannot be displayed.

• Fixed bug where disbursements and expense recovery records can appear on timesheet register.

• Fixed disappearing Contact Title field.

Other Changes

• When determining date range to show for matter related transactions, the oldest trust and finance records are considered.

• Added additional help links.
