How do I find an Inactive Contact

How do I find a contact that isn’t listed but I know is in the system?

 

  1. Navigate to the contacts page

  2. Open the Advanced search bar and change the Active Status to All or Only Inactive (depending on the seach)

  3. Add in additional search requirements as needed e.g. name, contact number etc then Search

  4. Your contact should be displayed if you have used the right searches. If you cannot find your contact, please widen the search.
