New Features
Custom fields are listed on the Matter Create page.
List of contacts of type fields on Mail Merge field list.
Contact Lists have a custom format code. Mail Merge Format Codes
Contacts of type and number (collection) Mail Merge fields.
Add list of Pre-Fill contact types against doc groups. Shown on Create and Edit Matter pages.
Add Firm wide Document Header and Footer fields, usable on Mail Merges.
Support multiple Selected Contacts when doing a mail merge.
Record list of document Editors. Any user who saves / updates the document content is recorded. Also the user who creates / uploads the document.
When creating a document From Template, the creator, author and owner fields are available - by default are the Matter Assigned lawyer.
Allow basic document level fields when creating From Template - mainly for creator, author, owner, doc number fields.
Add Position and Post Nominals fields to User. Available on mail merges.
Add Copy Down functionality on Allocate Documents page.
Add bulk purge Document Templates function - also has new security right.
Add purge Document Template sheet in doc packs to remove templates automatically. Audit logged.
Add read-only Custom Field which copy from another field, for display purposes.
Add Only Legislated Changes filter to the Matter Change Log report - will only list contact name, address and matter name changes rather than everything, by default.
Add bulk Change Status action to Document Register page.
Add function to create a single document for all selected contacts, or a document for every selected contact, on Create From Template page.

Bugs Fixed
Fix Trust Reversal Date issue (MG can't remember details)
Fix Matters to Close Report only zero dollar filter.
Mail Merge supports more complex templates, no longer causes errors.
Various other mail merge errors fixes.
Fix not resetting cache of time billing rates when editing / creating users. Caused a warning when entering time for a new user.
Fix Document Register bulk actions remember details from previous use.
Fix incorrect layout of Legend table on Trust Register.
Fix Timebilling data entry overwriting Task field after already entered.
Fix error when resetting a user's password.
Fix contacts not appearing on New Document Template page when selected from Matter page.
Fix problems processing emails which do not display correctly or cause errors.
Fix duplicate keywords on Document causes database unique key validation. Keywords must be unique; validation rules added.
Other Changes
Add confirmation checkbox when archiving matters which requires the user has checked their external accounting system (eg: Reckon) for outstanding cheques.
Time Billing data entry page does not show inactive users, items, etc on lists.
Sample Data page is now called Select Fields.

Improve loading speed and download size when loading list of Matter fields (which has over one thousand in total).
Improve loading icon and fields disable when loading.
Include the doc pack name when downloading a data dictionary csv file.
Various pages do not disable buttons after submit, as it makes more logical sense to not disable them.
Improve Matter Document tab to not refresh as quickly when changing search parameters.
Add Matter Number and Client name to the bottom of Edit Matter page.
Removed 'Contact' data source for Document Templates.
Contact fields are shortened on mail merge. Some more useful ones added (eg: Title Firstname Lastname, and Address Lines 1 and 2).
Rename Created / Modified fields on Document Register extra columns and filters.
Add Has Attachments filter and field to Document Register extra columns and filters.
Add Back to Document Register page on Document Edit page.
Matter field on Allocate Documents page has a hover description of the matter.
Add setting users to roles as part of the simple security matrix. To support the matrix on testing environments.
Add Doc Group to big list of lists settings page.
Add Doc Group to the Matter Type page.
Renamed Asset Pack -> Resource Pack.
Document Register extra filters / columns now shows list with scroll bars as there are too many to fit on one screen.
Show Report unique id on web UI, for reference with our report packs.
