Minor Cosmetic changes and bug fixes

New Features

• Create setting to allow Owls to post to QuickBooks Online with no GST/Tax

• Create setting to restrict access to certain 'sensitive' matters

• Create user right to lock out employees from certain files

• Add Data entry buttons for trust and finance on matter screen

Other Changes

• Update to Demonstration database matter generic custom fields

• Update to Demonstration database for Fee Earner categories

• Add additional heading test on Disbursement and Recoveries to indicate differences

• Removal of Help Desk text that is under construction

• Adjust QuickBooks Online OAuth 2.0 integration

• Additional wording inserted to Change of External Accounting name warning on contact

Bugs Fixed

• Update to Wills & Estates docpacks to fix broken word merge

• Update to wording on Invoice template when balance in trust is $0.00

• Fix bug where back end of documents not available on Demonstration database

• Update trust transfer to general where matter balance not updating on right hand side

• Remove bug that caused duplication fo custom fields on matter create page

• Disbursements sent to QuickBooks Online monitoring past the set amount of days

• Fix Deposit Slip Number showing as ID in system
